Blenheim-Gilboa Harvest Festival We sponsor a variety of events at our facilities and in the surrounding communities. All events are open to the public unless noted. For information on hours, fees or other details, call the site of the event. The Niagara Visitors Center can be reached at 1-866-NYPA-FUN (697-2386); the Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center at 1-800-724-0309 and the St. Lawrence-FDR Hawkins Point Visitors Center at  315-764-0226, ext 302, or in NY State, 1-800-262-NYPA (6972). Except as indicated, events at NYPA Visitors Centers are free of charge.

Jan. 16 Free Friday Movie Matinees at the St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project's Hawkins Point Visitors Center, 1:30 p.m.
Jan. 17 The Blenheim-Gilboa Project’s visitors center will host a Snowshoe Hike and Winter Survival Skills Presentation, 11 a.m.
Jan. 18 The third of the Sunday matinee movies at the Blenheim-Gilboa Project will be screened, 2 p.m. Admission is free, but reservations are necessary, 1-800-724-0309.
Jan. 23 Free Friday Movie Matinees at the St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project's Hawkins Point Visitors Center, 1:30 p.m.

Jan. 27 The Trustees will meet at 11:00 a.m. in the Power Authority's Albany Office, 30 South Pearl Street, 10th floor boardroom.

Feb. 16 – 20 The St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project's Hawkins Point Visitors Center will host a movie week, showing films daily, 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Feb. 17 - 19 The Blenheim-Gilboa visitors center will hold a 3-day Winter Break Series for school children. Free admission, reservations necessary, 1-800-724-0309.
Feb. 21 The Niagara Power Vista will host "Underground Railroad from Bondage to Freedom," a presentation by Kevin Cottrell, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Come learn about the vital role the Niagara region played for the Underground Railroad.
Feb. 28 The Niagara Project’s visitors center invites guests to come and enjoy storytelling, drumming, singing and dancing performed by Daughters of Creative Sound, 1 p.m.-2 p.m.
March 8 The “Sunday Travelogue Series” will take place every week in March at the Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project’s visitors center. More information will follow. Reservations required, 1-800-724-0309.

April 4 The Niagara Power Project's visitors center will host its annual Easter “Egg”stravaganza, featuring craft activities and an egg hunt, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Kids, get your photographs taken with the Easter Bunny between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
April 5 The Easter Bunny will visit the Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project’s visitors center and will have its photo taken with children. Call the Center for more information, 1-800-724-0309.
April 13 – 17 The St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project's Hawkins Point Visitors Center will host a movie week, showing films daily, 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
April 25 The Niagara Project's visitors center will host Every Day is Earth Day, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
May 1 The admission-free Lansing Manor House opens for the season.
May 16 - 17 Local quilting clubs will display their artistry at Lansing Manor, located on the grounds of the Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project’s visitors center. Call the Center for more information, 1-800-724-0309.
May 23 The Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project's visitors center will host a Spring Hike, 11 a.m.
June 5 - 14 The Niagara Power Vista will host Boundary Waters Week, a centennial celebration of the signing of the treaty between the U.S. and Canada. For more information, call 1-866-NYPA-FUN (697-2386).
June 14 The D.A.R.E car show, featuring antique, race and custom cars, hot rods and street machines, will be held at the Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project’s visitors center. For more information, regarding registration, times and entrance fees, call the visitors center.
July 7 - Aug. 25 Summer movie days, every Tuesday, at the St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project's Hawkins Point Visitors Center, 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
July 11 The Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project's visitors center will host a Summer Hike, 11 a.m.
July 12 The visitors center at Hawkins Point will host their first North Country Crafters Extravaganza, showcasing craft demonstrators and local products.
July 19 The Antique Car Show and the Antique Road Show will be back by popular demand at the Blenheim-Gilboa Project’s visitors center. Check out different types of antique cars and also bring your antiques from home and have them appraised by experts. Call the visitors center for more information, 1-800-724-0309.
Aug. 1 Travel back in time and enjoy a Victorian Tea event held at Lansing Manor, next to the Blenheim-Gilboa Project’s visitors center. Limited seating, free admission, but reservations are necessary, 1-800-724-0309.
Sept.12 The visitors center at Hawkins Point will be the focal point for the annual Dam 4 Miler, registration required.

Sept. 26 - 27 The Niagara Power Project visitors center will hold its annual two-day Wildlife Festival, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. both days.
