- Quartermaster General - Quarterly Update (July 2008) -


The Quartermaster Center and School (QMCS) is a subordinate command of the United States Army's Combined Arms Support Command. QMC&S trains soldiers, civilians, and members of other Services and Nations in QM skills and functions. In addition to training, the QMC&S has command of the 23d Quartermaster Brigade and serves as a proponent on all QM matters. QMC&S is located at Fort Lee, Virginia.

MISSION:

Provide Quartermaster Warriors who are tactically and technically proficient leaders and Soldiers; develop and sustain adaptive Quartermaster battlefield functions that are globally executable by the joint war fighter to ensure mission success.

VISION:

Supporting Victory! A World-Class organization that trains and develops Quartermaster Warriors capable of sustaining the Army and Joint Forces in the full spectrum of operations.

 

Quartermaster Lifelong Learning Portal

Quartermaster Lifelong Learning Portal (Web-based Learning) offers current and future training and education to the force. From Sustainment self-enrolled courses, to Distributed learning (DL), as well as Instructor lead courses.

Quartermaster Museum has preserved the history and heritage of the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps, the Army's oldest logistic branch.
