HCV advanced search interface

If you select fields from several tables, they must be joined by common keys. For example, if you are interested in fields in the Patient and the Sequence sample table, you must select the PAT id key in both tables. If you want the Sequence sample and Accession tables, they must be joined by the SE id keys in both tables.

Tip: Including a Se id field will speed up sequence downloads.

Select the fields you want to be included in the search interface below. The "Select standard fields" button selects all fields that are included in the standard search interface, so you can add other fields.
