Applying for Specimens
Investigators who would like to apply to use SEER Residual Tissue Repository (RTR) specimens are encouraged to send a brief outline of their idea and the tissue requirement to seer-rtr@imsweb.com. A one or two page summary of the concept should be sufficient. If RTR resources match the study needs, NCI will provide the investigator with further information on how to complete the application process.
In the notice of interest please provide contact information including the name of the investigator, institutional affiliation, street and electronic mail addresses, and work and fax numbers. In addition please provide the ICD-O-3 site and morphology codes for tumors of interest and a brief summary of the study objectives and methods.
