Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners

Procedure Memorandums

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issues Procedure Memorandums in the following situations:

To implement updates to the Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners (Guidelines) and the Document Control Procedures Manual;
To provide additional clarification of procedures to be followed by FEMA, contractors, and mapping partners that are not documented in published guidance documents; and
To establish procedures and policies for FEMA, contractors, and mapping partners.

The Procedure Memorandums that FEMA has issued since January 1999 are listed below. Links are provided for ready access by interested parties. The status of each Procedure Memorandum - whether it is superseded or effective - also is provided below. Procedure Memorandums are superseded when the updates in these memorandums are incorporated into the Guidelines and the Document Control Procedures Manual.
