The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issues Procedure Memorandums in the following situations:

The Procedure Memorandums that FEMA has issued since January 1999 are listed below. Links are provided for ready access by interested parties. The status of each Procedure Memorandum - whether it is superseded or effective - also is provided below. Procedure Memorandums are superseded when the updates in these memorandums are incorporated into the Guidelines and the Document Control Procedures Manual.
