NOAA Teacher at Sea Alumni Application Materials

Applications and support materials must arrive as ONE package and must be postmarked by December 31, 2008 in order to be considered for the 2009 field season. Application packages that are missing items, have items sent separately, or that are not postmarked by December 31 will not be considered.

Form A: Participant's Application
Form B: Administrator's Recommendation
Form C: Colleague's Recommendation
Form D: NOAA Health Services Questionnaire. (Please review the instructions for the Health Services Questionnaire. You must have passed a TB test on or after 10/01/2008 in order to be eligible to sail in 2009.)

Selections

Applications will be reviewed by the NOAA Teacher at Sea Selection Committee.  After review, applicants will be notified via e-mail of the Committee’s selections.

Participant placements will be made approximately 1 to 2 months prior to the sailing date.
