SUBJECT:  Ethics Trainers' Partnership Quarterly Meeting


     The Ethics Trainers' Partnership is holding its regular
meeting on April 16, 1996, 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the FDIC
Amphitheater, 801 17th Street, NW., Washington, DC (formerly the
RTC Amphitheater).

     Vicki Tarallo, expert trainer, will facilitate the program:

             "Is Your Training Making a Difference?" 
 
     The flier announcing this meeting is attached.  Please make
copies and post in areas where ethics trainers will be reminded to
attend.  You do not need to register for the meeting.  If you have
