Summary
Postdoc opportunities to work on a number of projects in protein engineering and phage display technology: Applications are invited for three postdoctoral scientists interested in working on 1) novel protein engineering approaches to the thermostabilization of cellulases and 2) the creation of novel phage antibody libraries and the selection of antibodies using phage display against diagnostic and therapeutic Tuberculosis targets.
Desired Skills
For the first project, experience in cellulase expression, purification, assays and evolution is preferred. For the second project, experience in antibody engineering, flow cytometry and phage display is preferred.
Education
PhD in related field received with the last 5 years or soon to be completed with experience in molecular biology, protein chemistry and directed protein evolution.
