Hospitalized patients at Brigham and Women's Hospital from medical and surgical services who are 18 yrs old or older and are at a moderate to high risk for venous thromboembolism (VTE)

  • Hospitalized patients at Brigham and Women's Hospital from medical and surgical services who are 18 yrs old or older and are at a moderate to high risk for venous thromboembolism (VTE)
