Reorder an item
Enter the amount of the item you would like to reorder in the "Reorder" text box and click "Submit". You will immediately be taken to the Advantage shopping cart where you can continue the checkout process.

Report a problem with a GSA Requisition

For problems with GSA Requisitions, click the requisition # (ex. GYOK9N21066375) to the right of the item #. This will link you to the National Customer Service Center's resolution website called eResolve. eResolve is an online discrepancy reporting program.

How come status information is not displayed for all my orders?

Order status for GSA Requisitions is updated daily by GSA. Order status for Purchase Orders is provided directly from the contractor; however, this is optional for the contractor. If further online status is not shown for an item, you will need to contact the contractor directly.

Cancel an order

The Cancel Item function provides the ability to request cancellation of Purchase Orders and in certain circumstances, GSA requisitions.
  • GSA Requisitions: Cancellations may be requested if the item is on backorder or if the cancellation is requested the same day as purchase.


  • Purchase Orders: You may request cancellation of items ordered from contractors, however, you are encouraged to call the contractor directly to determine actual shipment status. The phone number of the contractor is provided in the email confirmation or your order history. NOTE: Please be aware that items shown as 1-day delivery can not be cancelled.
To request cancellation, simply check the "Cancel Request" box in the space provided and click "Submit".
