Shipping costs are calculated based on the merchandise weight and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart as well as the destination of the order and the shipping method. Packages are sent via UPS using UPS Next Day, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground. The National Archives eStore is unable to ship to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPO).
Depending on volume, packages typically leave our facility within 2 – 3 business days after the receipt of the order. Please note that orders are
not fulfilled on weekends or Federal holidays.

International Shipping
The National Archives eStore welcomes orders from our worldwide customers; however our online store can only accept orders shipped within the U.S. or Canada. International customers may email customerservice@nara.gov to inquire about international orders.
Oversized Items
Items that are oversized or heavy will incur an additional delivery charge when those items ship. The additional delivery amount for each of these products is specified in the product description and in your shopping cart.
