EAD Training Research Analysts (TRAs) possess advanced degrees in adult education or closely related fields and work with instructors and staff as consultants in an advisory role. Other areas of specialization lie in the interpretation of research done by others that bears upon training at the Center and in the design and construction of new evaluation projects that can be tailored to suit the special needs and interests of the FLETC and its POs. The TRA’s bring an educational perspective that supports and complements the subject matter expertise of law enforcement professionals at all FLETC locations.
