If you have a problem with a GSA NSN order, go to your order history, locate the item, and click on the requisition number. You will be taken to a report which allows you to indicate the type of discrepancy, and submit it directly to our National Customer Service Center or call 1-800-488-3111.
If you have a problem with a
Schedule purchase order, please contact the vendor
directly. If necessary, GSA will assist you -- simply e-mail
GSA.Advantage@gsa.gov
and provide a description of the discrepancy, the vendor
name/information, and the actions taken.
