The Health Resources and Services Administration today announced 50
construction grants totaling $48.9 million to support renovation and
equipment upgrades in health care facilities in 24 states.
The “Health Care and Other Facilities” grants, administered by HRSA,
will help facilities around the country improve health care delivery
through state-of-the-art renovations and equipment. Funded projects
include x-ray and dental equipment for a family medical and dental clinic
in Palatka, Fla.; a health care and human services complex in Conyers,
Ga.; and equipment for a pediatric intensive care unit in Camden, N.J.
