PMEL Collaborative Tools Funded by NOAA's HPCC program.

The following are screen dumps of the Ocean Share Application. It presently reads in netCDF files that are in the EPIC format and connects to distributed datasets using technologies developed as part of the NOAAServer project.

Select profiles and variable to be displayed from a local file.

Select remote dataset to be accessed.

Select profile to be loaded.

Display temperature profiles.

Cast GP3-98-KA-0081 has been selected and metadata about the profile is displayed in the upper right panel. The lower-right text panel is used to display information about the remote server connection.
