Senate Document No. 106-30 is a two-volume, 3,524-page compilation of laws affecting appropriations during the second session of the 106th Congress (January 24, 2000 to December 15, 2000). The document was prepared under the direction of the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and House of Representatives as required by law (U.S. Code, Title 2, Section 105).

Both volumes have been broken into smaller sections for convenience.
