Workers' Compensation
Our highly-regarded workers' compensation staff ensures both your employees and your management staff receive expert support through the following activities:
- Advising and assisting employees in the completion of forms required for the processing of Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) claims
- Serving as liaison between the customer agency and the Department of Labor (DOL) on the day-to-day processing of claims
- Providing necessary reports and information concerning OWCP claims, as requested by the customer agency
- Reviewing and managing long-term cases involving salary compensation and medical benefits
- Reviewing and analyzing quarterly DOL chargeback reports to identify claims that require action or correction
- Accessing the on-line Agency Query System (AQS) for claims to determine potential to return injured workers, fraudulent activity status, and activities on case files with recommendations for employment
- Upon discovery, notifying OWCP and the customer of cases for activity including employment, retirement, fraudulent activity, and/or death
