ARC utilizes the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) to leverage industry standards in conjunction with various proprietary practices. Our project managers are experienced and each has attained PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Our conversion team (project manager and the appropriate Subject Matter Experts [SME's]) will carry that communication through to the successful conclusion of the project.
