ARC utilizes the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) to leverage industry standards in conjunction with various proprietary practices. Our project managers are experienced and each has attained PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Early, intense communication with you about your system needs is a key success factor. Our conversion team (project manager and the appropriate Subject Matter Experts [SME's]) will carry that communication through to the successful conclusion of the project. Our customer conversion approach includes the following phases: Discovery, Initiation and Planning, Configuration and Design, Development and Testing, and Deployment.
