NOAA Corporate Finance and Administrative Services Offices NOAA - Boulder, formerly known as the Mountain Administrative
Support Center (MASC) is located in the David
Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, Colorado. One of four
Program Support Centers hosted by NOAA Program Support (NPS), within the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NCFASO-Boulder provides comprehensive,
effective and efficient administrative services to Department
of Commerce employees in the NCFASO
Basic Service Region and the Southern
Region of the National Weather Service. NCFASO - Boulder's clients,

A Customer
Survey was developed in conjunction with the Mountain Administrative Support Center (MASC) 2001 Stakeholders Training Conference to gauge the effectiveness and timeliness of the MASC's administrative support services. The survey was conducted in April 2001, and again in 2003 and 2004.The
