The National Survey of Children's Health. The Oral Health of Children: A Portrait of States and the Nation (2005)

This chartbook was designed to measure the health and well-being of children from birth to age 17 in the United States while taking into account the environment in which they grow and develop. It is intended to help policymakers, State and local health officials, oral health professionals, and families understand and address the importance and scope of oral health services for children. The chartbook includes figures, tables, references, and an appendix.
