Abstract:

This manual provides information on the Ryan White CARE Act Title II to Grantees, Consortia, and people living with HIV/AIDS who are involved in AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) implementation. It assists Title II and ADAP Grantees with ADAP-related planning and implementation activities. The manual includes information on Section 340B of the Drug Discount Program, technical assistance programs, and guidance and policy reference materials.
