4. OGE's Semiannual Regulatory Agenda

Pursuant to new Governmentwide procedures, OGE's semiannual regulatory agendas starting with the Fall 2007 Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions have been posted on a General Services Administration/Office of Management and Budget Government Website open to the agencies and the public, instead of being published in the Federal Register as in the past. From now on, OGE's spring and fall regulatory agendas will generally be so posted (OGE is not included in the separate Regulatory Plan). The link to the GSA/OMB Website's section containing the Unified Agenda is: http://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/eAgendaMain. The OGE semiannual regulatory agenda, in a different format from that previously published in the Federal Register, is retrievable by typing in or selecting "Office of Government Ethics" from the drop-down listing for the "Select Agency" screen (OGE's agenda preamble can be similarly selected from a separate list on the same Webpage). Our previous semiannual regulatory agendas beginning with Fall 2003 are now also available on that site. In the future, GSA's Regulatory Information Service Center intends to make more prior agency agendas, dating back to 1983, accessible there (those dating back to Fall 1995 are already available through a linked site). Most of OGE's regulatory agendas from 1999 through Spring 2007 are also available under the OGE Federal Register Issuances section directly above.
