This symposium is the first event sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration that focuses specifically on managing fatigue in aviation. This symposium will encourage members of the aviation community to proactively address aviation fatigue management issues. The three main symposium objectives are:

  • Provide the most current information on fatigue physiology, management, and mitigation alternatives;
  • Share information and perspectives among aviation industry decision makers and science regarding fatigue management;
  • Discuss fatigue mitigation initiatives and best practices.
  • More Overview

We have limited invitations to 300 attendees for this initial fatigue-focused event, mainly in the interest of discussion group size. Early registration for the symposium will assist in agenda execution planning. Early hotel reservations are urged due to room and government/corporate rate availability. There is no registration fee for this symposium. Dress will be Business Casual.
Note: This symposium is closed to the public and media.
