Welcome to the El Paso VA Healthcare System, located at 5001 N. Pierdra, El Paso, Texas 79930. This document is prepared to assist you during your visit. We are here to serve, so if you have questions please feel free to ask. Although physically attached, The El Paso VA Health Care System and William Beaumont Army Medical center are two separate medical facilities.
Security Requirements
The El Paso VA Healthcare System is located within the confines of a military reservation; therefore, DOD or VA indentification is required to gain entry to the installation. Personally owned vehicles and rentals will require DOD / VA sticker or a security pass. A security pass can be acquired at the gate and will require a valid driver's license, official identification card, and insurance documentation (if required for vehicle). Please plan additional travel time as this process can take 20 minutes or more. No additional identification requirements exist for the VA facility itself.
Because the VA Medical Center is federal property, all persons and bags are subject to search. In addition, no weapons, alcohol, or illegal drugs are permitted.
Emergency Information
There are no emergency room services available at the El Paso VA Health Care System In case of emergency, please go to William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC). If there is an emergency within the El Paso VA Health Care System, telephone 4444 and inform security of the nature of the emergency. For fire, pull nearest fire alarm handle.

Lost and Found is located in 1st floor, Facility Support Service.
