Public Affairs Staff

The Public Affairs and Communication staff's primary goal is to help build and maintain relationships between the U.S. Forest Service in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands, and those interested in enjoying the national forests, in how they are managed, and in the services the Forest Service provides both in national forests and outside of them.

To accomplish that goal, the staff provides expertise, advice, and counsel in an array of public affairs areas:
