FPI VIDEO HOME-STUDY COURSE: The Law, Cultural Heritage, and Consultation with Native Americans It is the responsibility of all Federal agencies to consult with Native Americans on issues of cultural heritage that may affect them.  This site provides information that Federal Preservation Officers identified as necessary for carrying out their legal responsibilities.
