Grantees may begin their Grantee Report

Providers may begin their Provider Report

Client Report upload period opens1
Providers may upload their Client Report (client-level data)

July 15* Grantee Report, due date for initial report
Grantees submit initial Grantee Report (makes data available for providers)

Change request period opens
Grantees may submit change requests for their Grantee Report to HAB

 
July 31* Grantee Report, deadline for final report
Grantees submit final Grantee Report

Change request period ends
Grantees may no longer submit change requests to HAB

 
Sep 1*   Provider Report, due date for initial report
Providers submit initial Provider Report (makes data available for grantee review)

1For the first two RSR reporting periods (January-June 2009 and January-December 2009), only service providers receiving Ryan White HIV Program funds to provide outpatient/ ambulatory medical care and/or case management services (medical or non-medical) will be required to submit a Client Report.
