SUBJECT: New GSA Interim Rule Implementing 31 U.S.C. § 1353
The General Services Administration recently published a new
interim rule, with request for comments, implementing 31 U.S.C.
§ 1353 (57 Fed. Reg. 53283, Nov. 9, 1992). The new rule applies to
payments accepted from non-Federal sources on or after December 9,
1992, for travel performed on or after that date.
