Executable Files For OGE Advisory Letters and Memoranda and Formal Opinions (Downloadable)
To reduce download time, OGE groups and packages the advisory opinions by year into a compressed, self-extracting file. After you have downloaded (saved) the compressed file to a directory of your choice, go to that directory and double click on the downloaded file. The file will self execute and restore all the individual opinion files contained in that file to that directory.
