CAPS is a web-based automated rating, and ranking system for screening
applicants and making selections for "Open Continuous" vacancies. CAPS supports
external hiring processes for the following occupational series:
- 0856 - Electronics Technician
- 2101 - Airway Transportation Safety Specialists

ASAP is a web-based system that allows applicants to access announcements
