Performance Measures

In order to measure the effectiveness of Federal grant programs, HRSA requires grantees to report on specific performance measures related to their grant funded activities. The measures are part of the Government Performance Results Act (GPRA). Additional information on GPRA can be found at:

EMSC Performance Measures Technical Assistance Resources

The EMSC National Resource Center has developed several resources (not a U.S. Government Web site) to assist grantees in understanding and achieving the EMSC performance measures. These resources include fact sheets, an implementation manual, and webcasts. Minutes from NRC conference calls specific to each performance measure are also available.
