Services Delivered and Clients Served

The quest for improved HIV data is nothing new. The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program is consistently fine-tuning the way in which data are managed and optimized. The that we know about the services we are providing, who we are reaching, and how we are managing the care we offer, the better we are at providing care to those who need it most.

The data show that the Ryan White community has successfully been reaching the populations it has been charged to reach. It is enrolling people disproportionately affected by HIV disease - the under- and uninsured, the poor, ethnic and racial minorities, women, and people of all ages. As we move forward we renew our commitment to improving the quality of our data and using it, in turn, to continue to improve the quality of HIV care that we are able to provide. And better care means better health and better lives for people living with HIV/AIDS.

	The Power of Connections: 2008 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Progress Report This progress report provides an overview of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding and grantees for fiscal year (FY) 2007. It profiles grantee organizations under each part of the Program’s funding sections and includes testimonials from enrolled clients. The report focuses on reducing health disparities, success in reaching targeted populations, and improving the quality of HIV care. It includes FY 2006 CARE Act data and graphs.
	AIDS Education and Training Centers: 2007 Annual Report This annual report provides an overview of AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETC) funded under the amended Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006. It discusses the AETC program, levels of provider training and activities, Minority AIDS Initiative, and collaborations. The report includes key highlights of the AETC program, figures, and tables.
	Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program: Annual Data Summary ( 64 CADR DATA) This report presents data on services provided through the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act in the 2006 calendar year, prior to reauthorization. It focuses on services delivered by Ryan White-funded grantees, types of provider organizations, client demographics, service utilization, HIV counseling and testing, and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program. The report includes tables and figures.
	Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program: Annual Data Summary Report ( 04 CADR DATA) This report is an annual summary of Ryan White CARE Act funding activities in support of States, cities, and public or private entities to improve the quality and availability of care for medically underserved individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. It focuses on the recipients of CARE Act funds and highlights provider and client information, service utilization, HIV Counseling and testing, and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). The report includes figures, tables and graphs.
	The 2006 Ryan White CARE Act Progress Report: On the Frontlines This progress report presents first hand accounts of CARE Act providers and of people living with HIV/AIDS. It features nationwide service delivery site profiles, statistical client data, and CARE Act programs and federal funding appropriations. This progress report includes photography of clients and providers.
	State Profiles. The Ryan White CARE Act (2006 Edition): State-level Information on the CARE Act and HIV/AIDS Epidemic  (04 CADR DATA) Download State Profiles by clicking on a State/Territory on the map or order a CD-ROM of all 2006 Ryan White State Profiles. Each profile presents state and national data on the Ryan White CARE Act and HIV/AIDS epidemic. It provides state-level information, including population characteristics, infection statistics, and services provided. The CD-ROM profiles include tables, maps, and charts.
	Progress Report on CARE Act Accomplishments, 2004 - 2005 This progress report illustrates the successes and challenges of the CARE Act and provides an update on the HIV/AIDS Epidemic. It features stastical client data, and CARE Act programs and federal funding appropriations. This progress reportalso includes photography of clients and providers.
