Synopsis: E55191X: Annual ResearchChannel Sustaining Partnership Fee

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure on a sole-source basis, an Annual ResearchChannel Sustaining Partnership Fee.  The ResearchChannel is a nonprofit media and technology organization.  As a ResearchChannel participant, NSF will reach national and international audiences, participate in technology experiments, and develop interactive multimedia research information on a global scale through July 30, 2009.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
