Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation

Overview

The Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation (CME) unit was established to support the Fund and its Awardees in the post-award and allocation processes. The CME unit reviews Awardee and Allocatee reports and determines, evaluates, and monitors compliance with the terms set forth in each Agreement with the CDFI Fund. Additionally, the CME unit, in conjunction with other Fund program offices, evaluates the Fund's investment portfolio to determine: the impact CDFI Fund awards are having on the financial soundness of individual Awardee's; the community development impact CDFI and CDE investments are having in the communities they serve; and the overall risk to which the Fund's portfolio is exposed.
