From Buffalo: 
Take the I-190 North towards Niagara Falls.  Merge onto the Robert Moses Parkway North Exit (Exit 21).  Stay in the Right lane on the Robert Moses Parkway and exit toward "City traffic".  At the second traffic light turn Left onto Rainbow Blvd. and turn Right onto Third Street.  
From Albany:  Take I-190 West to I-290 West to I190 North.  Merge onto the Robert Moses Parkway North Exit (Exit 21).  Then, continue Following the above directions.

Fee
$335 includes full day program, a seven-volume Resource Guide on CD, special handouts designed for this seminar, lunch and coffee breaks.  PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION.  A $36 discount 
is available when payment is made online by credit card or when registration is received postmarked 30 days before the seminar and paid by check or credit card.  Payments by government purchase order are not eligible for the discounted price.
