Abstract:

The American Association for Health Education (AAHE) is concerned with the preservation and improvement of health through education. Communication is encouraged between the organization and schools, communities, professionals, and the lay public to provide information, resources, and services relating to health education. Liaison is maintained with other health education organizations. Research and curriculum development projects are promoted. Pertinent legislative activities are monitored. SERVICE LIMITATIONS: AAHE members may choose to be enrolled as members of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (AAHPERD).
