What topics are offered as On-Site Training?
We offer On-Site Training on a variety of EEO topics. We'll tailor the training to your needs.  For example, you can request training on workplace harassment or on your responsibilities in responding to a request for reasonable accommodation.  You can ask that we train your managers on acceptable questions in regards to disability.  Or you might want your investigators or counselors trained at your site.   All of our standardized courses, including those designed for new counselors or investigators, can be delivered on-site or we can design a customized course for you.
