One-Stop Shopping: The Road to Healthy Mothers and Children

This report discusses "one-stop shopping" as an effective strategy for providing health care services to low-income pregnant women and their children. It discusses the barriers women face in gaining access to health and social service programs. It describes methods for connecting various programs systematically, and for linking the resulting "system" with the population it is intended to serve.
