Wanted by NY State Police in Albany County, NY since January of 1993 for criminally negligent homicide and possession of a controlled substance in the 1st degree. During the incident, McNeish passed a tractor trailer in a no passing zone and hit another vehicle head-on. The driver of the other vehicle died. A large quanity of narcotics were discovered taped to McNeish's body at the hospital. McNeish escaped from the hospital despite her injuries and has been a fugitive ever since. McNeish has strong ties to NYC and Atlanta, GA.
