District News: January 12, 2009 - James M. Wahlrab, United States Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio, announces the arrest of indicted Trotwood Ohio Shooter Michael Carr. An indictment had been returned against Carr by the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court on four counts of Felonious Assault, two counts of having weapons under disability, and illegal possession of a firearm in liquor permit premises.
