District News: September 16, 2008 - Charles E. James was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Harold D. Vietor to 12 months and a day in federal prison after pleading guilty to failing to register as a sex offender. James was also ordered to serve five years of supervised release after his imprisonment, and to pay an assessment of $100 to the Crime Victim Fund. More District News |
