Several studies conducted by the federal government all reached the same conclusion; if federal employees in purchasing are going to better manage acquisitions and avoid cost overruns, they need college business courses.

At a formal signing ceremony at Ft. Belvoir, VA, near Washington, DC, Bellevue University became the first accredited university selected by the Federal Acquisition Institute as an education partner.
