Residents create a wall of sandbags in Arkansas
Biscoe, AR, March 26, 2008 -- Locals volunteer stack sandbags in an effort to save houses near the Cache River, a tributary of the White River, which has been experiencing high levels due to flooding in States north of Arkansas. Volunteers are creating a wall of sandbags around a house to keep the rising water out.
