Welcome to the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC) new employee orientation site. Use the links on the left to walk step by step through the orientation process. The purpose of this site is to answer questions you may have regarding working for FMSHRC and to supply you with the necessary information and forms in order to complete your hiring process.

This site is maintained by the Administrative Resource Center (ARC) at the Bureau of Public Debt (BPD). ARC is the Human Resources (HR) provider for FMSHRC. At the end of each section there is an ARC contact number and e-mail address for any questions you might have pertaining to information contained in that section.
