Ambassador LeBaron attends QLA end-of-year ceremony
U.S. Ambassador to Qatar Joseph LeBaron spoke yesterday at the end-of-year ceremonies at the Qatar Leadership Academy (QLA). Acknowledging the vision of HH the Emir and HH Sheikha Mozah in establishing the school, the Ambassador congratulated the faculty, the parents, and the students themselves for their academic success.

Ambassador Bids Good Luck to Exchange Students
Ambassador LeBaron welcomed to his home six high school students who will spend the next academic year in the United States as part of the Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program. Their parents and students who have participated in the YES program in previous years also joined in the event.

Ambassador Leads Trade Mission to Houston
Ambassador LeBaron departed Doha with the largest trade mission ever organized from Qatar to the United States. The group will attend the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, and engage in a host of other activities to further boost trade between the United States and Qatar.

"U.S.-Qatari LNG Terminal Nears Completion"
U.S. Ambassador to Qatar Joseph LeBaron visited "Golden Pass," a liquefied natural gas terminal off the coast of Texas that is due to begin delivering Qatari LNG to American markets by the middle of next year.
