Effective October 14, 2008, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims adopts the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF), and related Interim E-Rules to govern the electronic filing of documents in cases before the Court.  Use of the Court's electronic filing system is mandatory for all represented parties unless granted an exception.  Computer-based training modules for CM/ECF are available on this website.  Self-represented parties may not file electronically without first obtaining Court approval.

Effective October 14, 2008, EAJA applications will be submitted electronically using CM/ECF.  EAJA applications may no longer be transmitted by email to esubmission@vetapp.gov.  Case initiating documents, such as a Notice of Appeal or a Petition for Extraordinary Relief, may be submitted via email sent to esubmission@vetapp.gov.

Information on the Court's CM/ECF is updated frequently.  Your comments and suggestions are welcome.  Please use the link at the bottom of the page to contact us.
