Transitioning from GCG to EMBOSS on the Helix Systems
The GCG sequence analysis suite is being discontinued on the Helix Systems in Spring 2007. This class provides an overview of the equivalent package EMBOSS, and how to run EMBOSS programs on the command-line and via the web interface.
