  Grant Face Sheet
  Question

What is the "hard copy face sheet" I have to print out and send to HRSA as part of my grant application?

  Answer

All Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant applications must be submitted online through Grants.gov, which is the Federal government’s single on-line portal to find and apply for Federal grant funding and is used by all 26 Federal grant-making agencies.

Applications are considered formally submitted when the Authorizing Official of the applicant organization electronically submits the application to HRSA through Grants.gov.

In the past,  a hard-copy of the SF-424/5161 Face Sheet had to be printed, signed, and submitted to the HRSA Grants Application Center. Effective January 8, 2008, that is no longer required. Read about the policy change

To learn more about the application process through Grants.gov, get instructions on how to register, tutorials and FAQs please visit the Grants.gov Web site at www.grants.gov. Assistance is also available from the Grants.gov help desk at support@grants.gov or by phone at 1-800-518-4726.
