Timeline of Events

  • March 11, 1992, Neverson shot the uncle of a girlfriend
  • 1992-1998, Neverson server 5 years in prison for attempted murder and was paroled in November 1998
  • July 24, 2000, Neverson was deported, criminally, from the United States
  • September 2000, Neverson illegally re-entered the United States using a Jamacian passport
  • July 8, 2002, the NYPD found Patricia Neverson (sister) shot to death by Neverson, over an ongoing argument about money.
  • July 11, 2002, NYPD found the body of Donna Davis (Neverson’s FiancĂ©e). NYPD states that Ms Davis broke off the relationship and that Neverson did not take that well. Ms Davis was last seen in Neverson's Minivan. An investigation performed by the NYPD suggests she was kidnapped then shot to death.
  • November 6, 2002, at approximately 12:30am Neverson armed with a gun, climbs through a window of the home of ex-girlfriend and states he does not want to hurt her, but wants to see his 2 yr old daughter. Neverson exits through the window. At approximately 1:00am police are called. A canvas is conducted by the NYPD and USMS with negative results.
  • December 23, 2002, Neverson's computer was intercepted at federal express. 
  • January 2, 2002, a search warrant was executed on the computer.  Pictures of Neverson were retrieved wearing a wig (uploaded in WIN), several letters to Donna Davis were also recovered providing further evidence of the volatile relationship.
  • January 3, 2003, from 8:00pm to 11:30pm, Neverson leaves a letter to his father at home in Brooklyn NY. Neverson also leaves a letter at Lutheran Hospital with a pair of Motorola walkie talkies, and states he will be in contact with her. Investigators were already conducting interviews of all known associates in the area and responded to the scenes. Surveillance was set up with negative results. Tapes from the hospital security cameras were reviewed, and showed Neverson leaving the letter and walkie talkies. This the last known sighting/contact of Neverson.
  • December 6, 2003, investigators responded to tips from AMW relating to a sighting in the Bronx with negative results. 
  • September 26, 2005, investigators traveled to Trinidad to investigate sightings of Neverson  reported by various sources.
  • September 2005, a television program about Neverson aired in Trinidad.
  • September 30, 2005, Neverson was spotted in Diego Martin, Trinidad.
