DOE Energy and NSA users: find DOE reports in OPPIE

DOE Energy at LANL and Nuclear Science Abstracts at LANL database have been a good resource for finding DOE-funded and other agency reports and energy research. However they have not been updated in some time and are running on an old server which is being retired. In light of this they are no longer included in FlashPoint, and will be retired shortly.

Meanwhile the data has been made available in "Energy Citation Database" in OPPIE, the new Research Library search and discovery tool. In OPPIE new records are added frequently, so the data will stay up-to-date with new energy research.
